your boat! Coast Guard listing shows times, locations of river traffic. Environmental Management Technical Center Lots of info on topics ranging from water quality to wildlife. Minnesota River page The Minnesota River has a major impact on water quality of the Upper Mississippi and the Minnesoat Agriculture Dept. has done a good job of compiling information on runoff, source point pollution etc. Mississippi Headwaters Board water quality monitoring and educational programs by and for school groups. Soil magnesium runoff in the Mississippi watershed sounds wierd, buts its impacts on crops and food are important. Upper Mississippi River National Wildlife and Fish Refuge The name says it all - a refuge for the webzine-crazed. |
